New Common Law Library Title - Benjamin's Sale of Goods

Benjamin’s Sale of Goods 7th Edition will be available within the Common Law Library on Westlaw UK. Enhanced content and powerful functionality include: 

Direct links from Benjamin's Sale of Goods to consolidated primary law sources on Westlaw UK.
Navigation tools from the book have been replicated online.
 
Westlaw UK's intuitive functionality enables individual or multiple search results to be printed, downloaded or emailed to colleagues.

View all Common Law Library titles already available on the new Westlaw UK.

Local Acts and Church Measures on Westlaw UK

Local Acts and Church Measures will be available within Legislation on Westlaw UK. 

Local Acts are fully consolidated dating back to 1998. An extended archive dating back to 1991 will be added in October.

Church of England Measures are fully consolidated dating back to 1991, historic versions are available from 1991.

You can either browse or search Local Acts and Church Measures. To browse, click the Legislation tab and then select either By Year or By Title 

 

 

As with all legislation documents on Westlaw UK Local Acts and Church Measures are fully linked to other up-to-date, consolidated primary law sources available on
Westlaw UK. These documents are also available in PDF format.

Legislation Enhancements

  • The text within legislation full text documents and the results list has been changed from "This version current from" to "This version in force from".

 

  • The sub-headings in Case Analysis and Legislation Analysis documents now have permanent live links making navigation easier to all sections of the document.

 

  • The display of repealed provisions in both full text documents and the results list has been changed to "Repealed on: month/day/year".

New Student Training Tutorial on Westlaw UK 
 
This week, subject to testing, we are introducing a new Student Training Tutorial on Westlaw UK. The student tutorial will sit alongside our existing training tool for practitioners. 

As a result of this enhancement, when you select the Training Tutorial link from the top toolbar you will see the below screen. You will then have the option to select either Practitioner Training Tutorial or Student Training Tutorial.
