New Journal Titles
We are pleased to announce four new journal titles available in full text on Westlaw UK:
International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law
Published by the Max Planck Institute, this journal is one of the most renowned and respected academic journals in the field, providing access to extensive information and documentary material concerning international developments and judicial practice in the fields of patent, copyright, design and trademark law. Coverage begins 1993.
Coventry Law Journal
Published by Coventry University twice a year this journal contains articles, recent developments and case notes as well as book reviews and a section for student matters. It formerly concentrated on matters relating to human rights and criminal justice, but has begun to include articles and other items in a much wider area. Coverage begins 2000.
Edinburgh Law Review
Published by Edinburgh University Press, this journal provides an international forum for the discussion of law covering contemporary substantive law, legal theory and history, and other aspects of the study of law in its social and cultural context. Invaluable for those with an interest in the Scottish legal system considered in an international and comparative context. Coverage begins 1996.
International & Comparative Law Quarterly
Published by Cambridge University Press, this journal publishes papers on public and private international and comparative law. It has maintained its pre-eminence as one of the earliest and most important journals of its kind, encompassing human rights and European law. Coverage begins 1986.
Green's Weekly Digest
We are pleased to let you know that Green's Weekly Digest is now available on Westlaw UK providing up to 16 case digests a week, across all Scots Law subject areas, including essential coverage of key legal decisions and sentencing.
The Green's Weekly Digest text appears in the body of the Case Analysis document. As with all Case Analysis documents on Westlaw UK, there are links from each digest through to the full case transcript, as well as links to any cases or legislation cited.

Green's Weekly Digest can be searched either using keywords or free text terms, or the Browse By Year option.

To coincide with the publication of the weekly print issue, Green's Weekly Digest is updated each Thursday. Comprehensive coverage is available now and the full archive will be available on Westlaw UK and Westlaw UK Scots Law early 2009.
New Titles Available in Journals PDF Library and Circulation List
We are pleased to announce that Archbold News and Civil Procedure News are now available as part of the Journals PDF Library on Westlaw UK. This extends the archive to 34 specialist machine-readable journal PDFs.
Both titles are available on the journal distribution tool, Circulation List, today 6 November.
Please note that access to Journals PDF Library and Circulation List is by subscription only. To discuss your subscription options please contact your Sweet & Maxwell Account Manager.
To create a circulation list for a journal on Westlaw UK browse to the Journals homepage and click the Journals Circulation Lists link on the top right corner of the page.

On the Journals Circulation Lists page click the Create a New Circulation List button.

Select the journal(s) you wish to send and click Next.

On the following screen simply name your circulation list and add the recipients' email addresses. Once complete click Save.

You will then see the new circulation list displayed under Circulation List Name.

To add new recipients to an existing circulation list, select the name of your circulation list, add the new email address to the list and click Save.
New European Case Report Series
We are pleased to announce that the European Free Trade Association Court cases, published by the European Free Trade Association Court (EFTA Court), are now available in full text on Westlaw UK.
The EFTA Court has jurisdiction with regard to EFTA States which are parties to the EEA Agreement (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Selected coverage includes:
- Court of Justice, begins 1954
- Court of First Instance, begins 1989
- C Series of the Official Journal, begins 1990
