Changes to the Print, Email and Download Functionality
Original functionality now reinstated – Tuesday 21st November

With reference to the Westlaw UK What's New communication sent out last Tuesday 14th November we have reversed the changes recently implemented to the Print, Email and Download Functionality, and the original functionality is now available.

This decision was made following customer feedback regarding the loss of the ability to deliver multiple documents from the default split screen results list.

If you would like further clarification of this, please contact the Westlaw UK Customer Support Team directly on 0800 028 2200 or at customer.service@westlaw.co.uk.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your feedback on this issue. Please continue to send your thoughts and suggestions through to the Westlaw UK Team at feedback@westlaw.co.uk.

Many thanks,

The Westlaw UK Team
