We are pleased to advise that PDF versions of Sweet & Maxwell journals will be available on Westlaw UK from 9 May, subject to successful testing. The archive of machine-readable PDFs of 32 specialist journals will date back to 2003.

To access the PDF of a journal issue simply browse to the journal title you require and select the year and issue you wish to view. The PDF icon will appear next to the issue number.

Alternatively, you can access the PDF of an entire issue from a full text article contained in that issue.

We are also delighted to announce exciting new functionality to Westlaw UK - managing journal distribution is now simple with Journals Circulation Lists on Westlaw UK.

Having added the Journals PDF Library of Sweet & Maxwell journals, password users now have the ability to create journal circulation lists to deliver PDFs of the latest journal issue, direct to the recipients' inboxes.

To create a circulation list for a journal on Westlaw UK browse to the Journals homepage and click the Journals Circulation Lists link on the top right corner of the page.

On the Journals Circulation Lists page click the Create a New Circulation List button.

Select the journal(s) you wish to send and click Next.

In the following screen simply name your circulation list and add the recipients' email addresses. Once complete click Save.

You will then see the new circulation list displayed under Circulation List Name.

To add new recipients to an existing circulation list, select the name of your circulation list, add the new email address to the list and save.

Machine-readable PDFs allow users to copy and paste text from the PDF, and ensure that
Westlaw UK complies with accessibility legislation.
