We are delighted to advise that Gatley on Libel & Slander is now available on Westlaw UK.

Gatley on Libel & Slander is the most established and authoritative guide to the law of defamation for media law practitioners, defamation specialists and academics.

As with all the Common Law Library titles on Westlaw UK, we have taken the content of the book and applied powerful functionality including:

  • Online access for you and your colleagues – at or away from your office
  • Direct links from the text to consolidated primary law on Westlaw UK
  • Navigation tools from the book replicated online
  • Westlaw UK's intuitive functionality enabling individual or multiple search results to be printed, downloaded or emailed to colleagues
