Merged Version
The main work and the supplement have been merged into one consolidated text, eliminating time spent cross-checking the supplement with the main work.

Navigation
All the navigation tools from the book have been replicated online, providing a familiar environment for the user.

Direct links to Primary Law
Direct links from references in Clerk & Lindsell on Torts to up-to-date, consolidated primary law sources available on Westlaw UK.



Search and Browse
Search via the intuitive Westlaw UK Search and Browse or Advanced Search screens. The Advanced Search screen for the Common Law Library also allows you to search for a specific paragraph number as well as legislation and cases cited within a specific title or across the entire library.


Reference in Context
In any of the tables in Clerk & Lindsell on Torts, when you hover over the paragraph number, a text box will appear indicating the chapter name and paragraph title of that link.



Footnote
By clicking the footnote number a box will open displaying the footnote text - this allows you to easily read the footnote alongside the main text.
