Terms in Context

When you select to display Terms in Context within your results list, the document which includes the Terms is also now highlighted.

Delivery Limits

The number of results you can receive in an alert has now been increased. The limit for alerts containing news articles has been increased from 50 to 200. Similarly, alerts delivering results lists only have been increased from 50 to 500.
All full text alerts remain at a maximum of 50 documents.

Saved Search

When you click the Saved Search link on the static toolbar on Westlaw UK you are taken through to a list of all your saved searches.

Select any of the searches and your query will be run automatically.

Latest Supplements available for Common Law Library Titles  

The latest supplements for both Chitty on Contracts and Clerk & Lindsell on Torts are now available on Westlaw UK.

Common Law Library titles currently available on Westlaw UK:

Charlesworth & Percy on Negligence


As well as Dicey Morris & Collins The Conflict of Laws, 14th Edition - also updated with the first supplement.
