Internal Revenue Manual Historic (FTX-IRMHIST)
Online versions of the IRS Internal Revenue Manual CD, the official compilation of the current policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to the administration and operation of the Internal Revenue Service, at the date on the documents. 

 

Federal Taxation - Public Comment Letters (FTX-PUBCOM)
Selected Public Comment Letters based on files available in the IRS Reading Room, dating back to 2002.
The IRS solicits comments from the public on new and/or changed proposed regulations, released Chief Counsel Notices, or on released Revenue Procedures, et al.

 

US International Trade Commission Documents (ITCDOCS)
Government documents including press releases, transcripts, reports, notices and regulations; as well as articles, columns, letters or other sections of text from the US International Trade Commission.


US Local Business News (LOCALBUSJRNL)
Business oriented publications covering local or regional US markets.

 

International Contract Manual (INT-CONT-M)

Financial Times on Westlaw UK

Financial Times are changing the way their content is distributed from 1 April 2008 - only customers with a direct FT Content Licence will be able to access the content either from the FT directly or through third party distributors. This decision includes the full FT Archive and applies to all FT redistributors.

  If you have a licence with the FT and wish to continue accessing the content through Westlaw UK please advise your Sweet & Maxwell Account Manager as soon as possible and we will liaise with the FT to secure your continued access.
     
  If you do not have a direct licence with the FT but wish to continue accessing FT content through Westlaw UK please contact the FT directly.

Session Cases (SESSION-RPTS)

We are pleased to announce that the Session Cases archive on Westlaw UK has been extended by 32 years, coverage now from 1898. This adds a further 5,270 full text cases to Westlaw UK.

The Session Cases database contains full text court decisions covering Session Cases, Court of Session (both Outer House and Inner House) and the High Court of Judiciary, as well as Scottish cases from the House of Lords and Privy Council.

We are pleased to announce that the Al Tamimi Law Update (ATLAWUP), published by the Middle East law firm of Al Tamimi, is now available in full text on the World Journals tab on Westlaw UK.

Five New Journals available on Westlaw UK

Cambridge Law Journal (CAMLJ)
The Cambridge Law Journal publishes articles on all aspects of law with special emphasis placed on contemporary developments. World Trade Review (WTREV)

Leiden Journal of International Law (LJIL)
We are pleased to announce that the Leiden Journal of International Law will be available in full text on Westlaw UK as of 1 April 2008.

We are pleased to announce that Legal Information Management will be available in full text on Westlaw UK as of 3 April 2008.

This topical journal provides invaluable information for all those involved in the provision of legal information in the academic and professional environments. With an extensive current awareness section, a regular international developments column and coverage of management issues, Legal Information Management is the international journal for legal information professionals everywhere. Coverage from 2004. 

Ecclesiastical Law Journal (ECCLJ)
We are pleased to announce that Ecclesiastical Law Journal will be available in full text on Westlaw UK as of 8 April 2008.

This journal includes articles on all aspects of ecclesiastical law. Particular emphasis is given to the regulation of the Church of England and worldwide Anglican Communion, but the range of coverage includes comparative studies of the laws of other faiths and of the interface between law and religion in a global perspective. Coverage from 2007.
