The new People Finder tab allows you to combine multiple public records databases. You will be able to search simultaneously, select the right individual from a list of possible results and generate a report based on selected records associated with that individual. Browse or search the alphabetical index for a topic (e.g., Age Discrimination) and click the topic name. Direct links to relevant regulations are displayed in an easy-to-scan list. And if you don't choose the exact topic on your first try: All subtopics and cross-references are displayed on the screen, as well as user-friendly links to these topics.
The cross referencing feature in the RegulationsPlus Index can be a huge timesaver. If a topic (e.g., Age Discrimination) cites a cross-referenced topic (e.g., Mediation), you can click the cross-referenced topic name. Regulations that pertain to both topics, (e.g., mediation-related topics in the area of age discrimination), are cited, along with links to full-text documents. |
