New Common Law Library Title on Westlaw UK
We are delighted to announce that Goff & Jones The Law of Restitution 7th Edition is now available on Westlaw UK. Goff & Jones is the definitive work on restitution providing comprehensive interpretation on all aspects of the subject.

White Book on Westlaw UK - Now featuring Rapidforms and Civil Procedure News
You are now able to download, edit, print and save PDF Court Forms using Rapidforms software, as part of your subscription to the White Book on Westlaw UK.
Rapidforms allows you to download official court forms and complete them based on straightforward Q&A functionality, then save the final version to your PC. You can also edit, print and email the forms in PDF format without having to enter the same information repeatedly.
Downloading the software to your desktop is easy - simply follow the instructions to download Rapidocs Player and the Rapidforms file. Checking regularly for updates will ensure you always have the latest version of the most frequently used Civil Court forms in your library.
The White Book on Novus now also includes Civil Procedure News - a regular newsletter containing key news and comments on the latest developments in civil litigation. Just click the Civil Procedure News link and download the latest version in PDF format.

Please note that the International Energy Law & Taxation Review has changed its name to International Energy Law Review with effect from issue 1 of 2008.
