This journal is published by Sweet & Maxwell on behalf
of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is

Published quarterly, the journal updates readers from all
over the world on the latest developments in both arbitration
and related forms of alternative dispute resolution practice,
in disputes across a wide range of sectors.
Coverage on Westlaw UK will initially commence in 2000 but
throughout 2010 we will extend this archive, and have
exclusive rights to do so, to the first issue in 1915.
THE JOURNAL OF FINANCIAL CRIME
Published by Emerald, this journal will have it’s archive
on Westlaw UK extended.
The Journal of Financial Crime aims to maintain its
position as one of the leading sources of authoritative and
detailed information on understanding the methods used in
economic crime and the steps that can be taken to avoid and
combat it.
This quarterly journal delivers a series of analyses,
briefings and updates. They are of direct relevance to
practitioners, whilst ensuring the highest intellectual
standards. As such, the journal is essential reading for all
those concerned with the prevention, detection and prosecution
of financial crime and the protection of assets.
