EXPAND YOUR CASE LAW RESEARCH

We are pleased to announce the addition of two further full-text case report series which are now available on Westlaw UK.

THE PUBLIC AND THIRD SECTOR REPORTS

Published by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting, this is a new series of monthly law reports providing coverage of essential cases for charity and public service lawyers.

These reports will provide an invaluable research tool for lawyers, teachers and students over a carefully selected range of subject areas, including adoption, charity, ecclesiastical law, education, environment, health, housing, human rights, local government, public health and social welfare.

Coverage on Westlaw UK starts from 2009.

SCOTTISH CRIMINAL LAW

Published by W Green, these reports will also be available in full text. Scottish Criminal Law is a new monthly criminal case report series, making it twice as current as any similar series available in Scotland.

The enhanced currency combined with the expert editorial work of Sheriff T Welsh QC, who is also general editor of MacPhails Sheriff Court Practice, will make Scottish Criminal Law an indispensable tool when researching in this field. The key content of each issue will include:

•   A Feature Article
•   An Appeal Court column
•   Full-text law reports with case commentaries
•   Full-text sentencing cases
•   Personal Opinion section

Coverage on Westlaw UK starts with Issue 1 in 2007.

NEW ADDITIONS TO THE JOURNALS SECTION

We are very happy to tell you about the addition of two more full-text journals on Westlaw UK this month.

ARBITRATION

This journal is published by Sweet & Maxwell on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is available in full text from 27 April.

Published quarterly, the journal updates readers from all over the world on the latest developments in both arbitration and related forms of alternative dispute resolution practice, in disputes across a wide range of sectors.

Coverage on Westlaw UK will initially commence in 2000 but throughout 2010 we will extend this archive, and have exclusive rights to do so, to the first issue in 1915.

THE JOURNAL OF FINANCIAL CRIME

Published by Emerald, this journal will have it’s archive on Westlaw UK extended.

The Journal of Financial Crime aims to maintain its position as one of the leading sources of authoritative and detailed information on understanding the methods used in economic crime and the steps that can be taken to avoid and combat it.

This quarterly journal delivers a series of analyses, briefings and updates. They are of direct relevance to practitioners, whilst ensuring the highest intellectual standards. As such, the journal is essential reading for all those concerned with the prevention, detection and prosecution of financial crime and the protection of assets.

Coverage on Westlaw UK will now start from 1994.
