We are pleased to announce that Sweet & Maxwell Law Reports PDFs* have now launched on Westlaw UK. 

This add-on to your current subscription allows you to download, save and print PDF versions of all the Sweet & Maxwell Law Reports series.

To access the PDF of a Sweet & Maxwell case report simply browse to the series and the year you wish to view. The PDF icon will appear next to each of the cases in the list. Click on it to open the PDF in a new window.

Alternatively, you can access the PDF of a case report from the viewing pane of the full text of the case.



On launch the PDF archive will date back to 2003. However, this will be continuously added to throughout the year until the full pre-2003 archive is complete.

All Law Report PDFs are machine-readable, which allows you to copy and paste text from the PDF, and ensures Westlaw UK complies with accessibility legislation.

SEALY & MILMAN LAUNCHES ON WESTLAW UK

We are very pleased to announce that Sealy & Milman: Annotated Guide to Insolvency Legislation* is now available to add on to your books subscription on Westlaw UK.

Sealy & Milman on Westlaw UK will be updated every week (from the 13th edition onwards) by our acclaimed editorial staff under the supervision of Professor Len Sealy and Professor David Milman, to ensure that you're getting fresh insight and expert analysis of the very latest in insolvency matters.

All tables and indexes from the book have been replicated online and Arrangement of Act tables at the start of each Act offer access points into legislation.

You can search for specific information that you need, or browse by chapter.

As with all books on Westlaw UK, the text includes direct links to primary law allowing you to join up your research to see the entire picture and find what you need quickly and easily.

Annotations will appear in a General Note section underneath the text of any legislation referred to.
